How to check the status of my order?
You should read the
General Terms and Conditions carefully before sending us an order status request. To check the status of your order, you must provide us with the following information:
1. The date of your order
2. Your order number
3. Your billing address
4. Your shipping address (if differing)
5. The e-mail address used for your order
The estimated delivery times, based on express shipping, are indicated on the product pages. Standard shipping: 3-24 business days, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages.
Colors and sizes marked with an asterisk* are being custom-made, and may require up to 24 business days, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages.
Can I return my order?
You may return your order for an exchange within 14 days of delivery. However, we cannot accept your return if:
• the return has been requested more than 14 days after delivery
• the product is not in its original condition or shows clear signs of use
• the product is made of reptile leather (applies to non-EU residents only)
• the product has been custom-made (according § 3 GTC)
We do not accept refunds to non-EU residents if the return is not a result of our error. Rejected returns cannot be reshipped.
