General Terms and Conditions

Our offers are without engagement and subject to confirmation. Orders are considered to be firm if acknowledged and carried out by shipment of the goods. Identifications of products listed online may differ from those of the manufacturers. Our products are subject to color variations such as often occur with leather and other natural materials.

We accept payments by credit card or bank transfer.

• VISA/MasterCard: Real-time credit card transaction using secure 128-bit SSL encryption. The security code is the last section of numbers in the signature area on the back of your card.

• Bank Transfer (volume orders only): European IBAN/BIC transfer, to be prepaid in Euro within 5 business days. Our bank details are being provided by e-mail.

The estimated delivery times, based on express shipping, are indicated on the product pages.

Note: Colors and sizes marked with an asterisk* are being custom-made and may require up to 24 business days, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages.

• Standard: Postal mail service, no tracking, no insurance. Restricted to Western Europe, North America and Australia. Delivery time: 3-24 business days, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages. Shipping price: USD 5.60 worldwide.

• Express (highly recommended): FedEx International Priority, door-to-door service, customs-cleared. Restricted to selected countries. Delivery time: as indicated on the product pages. Shipping price:

If an order is lost during shipping, we cannot issue refunds, nor reship the order until the postal claim period has expired. The buyer is responsible for the validity of the provided address information. Non-deliverable packages cannot be reshipped.

You may return your order for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery. Before returning your order, please submit a return request using our contact form. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that we cannot accept your return if:

• the product is not in its original condition or shows clear signs of use
• the product is made of reptile leather (applies to non-EU residents only)
• the product has been custom-made (according § 3 GTC)

We cannot accept refunds to non-EU residents if the return is not a result of our error. However, we may accept an exchange of equal or higher value. Express reshipping fees will be charged in addition.

We cannot accept cancellations of custom orders being processed. Returns must be shipped by postal mail service. Rejected returns cannot be reshipped.

The minimum order value is currently USD 25.00. Standard shipped items may be subject to sales tax depending on the destination country. On shipments outside the European Union buyers will be responsible for covering customs fees and other import duties.

If something is wrong with an order you have received from Watchband.biz, please notify the obvious defects within 14 days by e-mail. Your invoice will be accepted as the certificate of warranty.
